The Investor Relations and Shareholder Information Department of Athens Medical Group ensures the accurate, prompt, equal, complete, and regular provision of information to the Company’s shareholders. At the same time, it provides the necessary clarifications and information regarding the exercise of the rights arising from their status as shareholders, in accordance with applicable legislation and the Company’s Articles of Association.
More specifically:
- It is responsible for monitoring the Company’s obligations towards the Hellenic Capital Market Commission and the Athens Exchange.
- It ensures the distribution of published corporate releases, in written or electronic form, to any interested party.
- It coordinates the collection of all necessary data and information addressed to the Athens Exchange, the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, and investors, as required by applicable legislation.
- It is responsible for communicating corporate announcements to the Athens Exchange and the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, as provided for under the applicable stock market legislation.
- Its responsibilities include monitoring and updating the shareholder register, the payment of dividends, supporting General Meetings, and coordinating activities relating to share capital increases.
- It generally supports Management in matters relating to the provision of information to shareholders, investors, and analysts, as well as the provision of information regarding the performance of the Company and the Group.
