Radiation Oncologist George Kritselis studied at the medical school of the University of Pavia (PAVIA) and graduated with honors in 2001.

He followed the specialty of Radiotherapy from 2004 to 2008 at the 3rd Radiotherapy Clinic of the AONA “Agios Savvas”.

With extensive experience in Brachytherapy of prostate and gynecological cancer.

In 2002, he served as an unpaid scientific associate at the 1st Pathology – Oncology Clinic of the “Agios Savvas” hospital.

He has specialized in modern radiotherapy techniques (IMRT, IGRT, Stereotaxy, VMAT), modern treatment planning techniques (Image Fusion, CT-MRI-PET/CT) as well as new radiotherapy field confirmation software (CBCT-EPID). Experience in the application of Stereotaxy Body S.B.R.T, radiotherapy in breast tumors with the application of D.I.B.H. (Deep Inspiration Breath Hold – radiotherapy in the deep inhalation phase. From 2015 to the present he is a certified operator of the electronic patient record management software Mosaiq 2.6 Upgrad-Evaluate-Script.

Since 2010 he has been collaborating with the Department of Radiation Oncology of the Athens Medical Center, as a Scientific Associate.

He is a member of Greek and international scientific societies. From 2013 to the present he maintains a Radiation Oncology practice with the distinctive title Oncocare, in Marousi.
