The development of the Healthcare Park will ensure high-quality, reliable and comprehensive healthcare services for the residents, employees and visitors of The Ellinikon.

LAMDA Development, through its subsidiary ELLINIKO M.A.E., and Athens Medical Group signed an exclusive strategic agreement for the creation of a model state-of-the-art Healthcare Park at The Ellinikon, following the initial Memorandum of Cooperation signed on 10.4.2024, and with the signing of a Commercial Lease Agreement. This collaboration further strengthens the creation of the new, sustainable city in Elliniko, focusing on the quality of life of its residents and visitors.

The Healthcare Park will be developed based on international standards, in a prime location and will be located in immediate proximity to The Ellinikon Mall. The agreement provides for the development of a self-contained and functionally independent building complex, with a superstructure of a total area of approximately 6,000 sq m, the completion of which is scheduled for the end of 2028.

LAMDA Development, through ELLINIKO M.A.E., will undertake the development and construction of the project, which will be leased to the Athens Medical Group for an initial period of ten (10) years, with the possibility of extension.

The Healthcare Park model will develop a wide range of top-quality and innovative health and wellness services, with a central role in the creation of a Longevity and Anti-aging Center, which will be a key pillar of the overall development. The Center will incorporate the most modern international practices and scientific developments in the field of medicine, with an emphasis on prevention, personalized healthcare and a holistic approach to wellness, responding to the ever-growing international demand for quality services for healthy aging and improving the quality of life.

At the same time, the Healthcare Park will include, among others:

  • A primary health care unit for conducting diagnostic and medical examinations, as well as providing emergency services on a 24-hour basis, covering the increased needs of residents and visitors of the Ellinikon.
  • Day Hospital Units in areas such as Ophthalmology, Dermatology, Plastic Surgery, etc.

Mr. Odysseas Athanasiou, CEO of LAMDA Development, stated: “The signing of the binding agreement with the Athens Medical Group confirms the trust of a leading institutional partner in The Ellinikon and its long-term planning”.

Dr. Vasilis G. Apostolopoulos, CEO of Athens Medical Group, stated: “Our strategic partnership with LAMDA Development within the framework of The Ellinikon marks an important milestone for Athens Medical Group. Through our exclusive participation with Healthcare Park, in a project of such large scale and international impact, we strengthen our position as a key player in the design and development of the new sustainable city. Our commitment to innovation, quality of services and the provision of comprehensive healthcare confirms our strategic goal of linking the Group’s business development with the long-term progress and benefit of Greek society.”.
