ANNOUNCEMENT OF APPOINTMENT OF 2 SPECIAL NEGOTIATORS
«ATHENS MEDICAL COMMERCIAL SOCIETY S.A.» («Company») informs the investing public that it has entered into Special Trading agreements with two (2) members of the Athens Stock Exchange. Specifically, the Athens Stock Exchange, by its relevant decision, approved the acquisition of the status of Special Trader on the Company’s share by:
- The ATHEX Member «EUROXX SECURITIES S.A.» and
- The ATHEX Member «EUROBANK EQUITIES SOLE AGENT S.A.»
As the Commencement Dates of Special Trading by the above S.A. were set as: Monday, September 22, 2025 and Tuesday, September 23, 2025 respectively. The special trading agreements between the Company and the above A.E.P.E.Y.. – Members of the Athens Stock Exchange, have a duration of one (1) year from the date of commencement of the special trading and aim to enhance the liquidity of the Company’s shares, in accordance with the provisions of the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation.
