Within the framework of the Company’s obligations regarding the correct and timely information of the investing public, the company ATHENS MEDICAL S.A. announces that it intends to propose to the upcoming Annual Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on June 27, 2024, the distribution (payment) to its shareholders of a dividend from the profits of the fiscal year 2023.
The decision to pay a dividend as well as the relevant dates (Ex-dividend Date, Determination of Beneficiaries and Commencement of Payment) are subject to the approval of the Annual Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders and will be made public with a later announcement.
