Announcement of Results for the Year 2023: Tuesday, April 30, 2024
Annual update to analysts: Thursday, June 20, 2024
Announcement of Results for the First Half of 2024: Monday, September 30, 2024, the Board of Directors intends to propose to the Annual General Meeting not to distribute a dividend for the 2023 fiscal year.
The Company clarifies that the results will be announced on its website (www.iatriko.gr) and on the website of the Athens Stock Exchange(www.athexgroup.gr). The Company reserves the right to change the above dates, after informing the investing public in a timely manner with a new announcement.
