The Company, as the owner of the websites www.iatriko.gr<\/a>, www.medsana.ro<\/a>, and www.athensmedicalgroup.com<\/a> (hereinafter collectively referred to, for the sake of brevity, as the \u201cWebsite\u201d), operates and manages the Websites under the following detailed terms of use, which each visitor\/user of the Website is requested to read carefully and to visit\/use the Website only if they fully accept them. In the event of disagreement, the visitor\/user is requested not to visit\/use the Website, but to communicate any comments they may have to the Company so that these may be taken into consideration, always within the limits of what is possible, in good faith and in accordance with accepted business practices.<\/p>\r\n

The following terms constitute the terms and conditions under which the Company provides its services to visitors\/users through its Website. Use of these services presupposes the User\u2019s\/Visitor\u2019s unconditional acceptance of the following terms. If the visitor\/user does not agree with the terms of use herein, they must refrain from using the services and content of the Website.<\/p>\r\n

1.3 USER RESPONSIBILITIES<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n

Visiting\/using the Website presupposes the User\u2019s unconditional acceptance of the terms of use set forth herein. Browsing and remaining on the Website, as well as archiving\/cataloguing it, constitute express acceptance of the terms of use described herein.<\/p>\r\n

Visitors\/users of the Website must comply with the rules and provisions of Greek, European and International Law, as well as with the applicable legislation governing telecommunications, and must refrain from any unlawful or abusive conduct when visiting\/using the Website and in connection with it.<\/p>\r\n

The Website must be visited\/used exclusively for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not restrict or prevent its use by third parties. The User is obliged to use the Website in accordance with the law, accepted standards of conduct and these terms, and must not engage in any acts or omissions that may cause damage to or malfunction of the Website, affect or endanger the provision of services through the Website.<\/p>\r\n

The visitor\/user shall be liable for and undertake to remedy any damage caused to the Company and\/or the Website as a result of any unlawful, unfair, or otherwise contrary to accepted standards of conduct and these terms use of the Website and the services provided through it.<\/p>\r\n

1.4 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n

However, the Company cannot guarantee the correctness, completeness, accuracy and reliability of the aforementioned data and shall not be liable to the visitor\/user or any third party for any damage resulting from their erroneous, inaccurate or outdated nature.<\/p>\r\n

The Company makes every effort, within the limits of technological control, to ensure that the services and content of the Website are provided smoothly and without interruption. Furthermore, the Company shall not be liable for the temporary unavailability of the Website, the interruption of any individual or all of its functions, or any malfunction or technical issues that may arise.<\/p>\r\n

Under no circumstances, including in cases of negligence, shall the Company be liable to the User or any third party for any form of damage, whether direct or indirect, in any way related to the use of the Website, browsing thereof, or use of the services or information contained therein.<\/p>\r\n
