5 valuable tips for overly stressed women

In our time, there is no person who has not experienced stress.

Women, having more roles in everyday life, experience stress more intensely and deeply. They often push themselves too hard in order to respond to them.

That is why we will try to give some tips that will help them control stress.

  1. Stress increases cortisol levels in the blood.

The “quick fix” for this is meals rich in sugar and fat. Temporarily, stress is reduced, but calories and regrets increase, which ultimately worsen it. If you are at the office or at home, take a 10-minute break, go for a walk, drink something warm, like tea. It is best to eat lunch away from the desk and not in front of the computer or mobile screen.

  1. When you get home, try to distance yourself from work.

Don’t let work chase you. Even stressful household chores become more enjoyable when you share them with other family members. Don’t be afraid to ask your children or partner for help and prioritize what needs to be done.

  1. If you have a family, ask them about their day and try to have everyone gather together at mealtime with their phones turned off.

  2. Don’t compare yourself to others, focus on yourself, and answer honestly: What really interests me? Don’t set the bar higher all the time.

  1. You’ve taken care of everyone and everything.

Is it time to take care of yourself too?

Create time for your interests and needs.

You must remember that if you collapse, everything around you collapses and use as an example the instructions you hear when flying on an airplane: When the oxygen masks fall and a child is accompanied, put on your suit first.
