“ATHENS MEDICAL COMMERCIAL SOCIETY ANONYME” (hereinafter the “Company”), in accordance with the applicable legislative framework, and with regard to the publication of the Mononews website of 23/12/2025, entitled: “Change of guard after 41 years at Athens Medical”, informs the investing public that this publication reflects the expressed intention of its President Dr. Georgios Apostolopoulos.
These changes will be effective from January 2, 2026 following the official approval process by the Board of Directors and its new constitution.
The Company will promptly inform the investment community of the official completion of the process on January 2, 2026, in accordance with applicable legislation.
