Information regarding the implementation of the provisions of article 29 of Law 4569/2018
The Company “ATHENS MEDICAL S.A.E.” (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), announces that following the announcement of 3/4/2019 by the company Hellenic Central Securities Depository S.A. (“ELKAT” or “ATHEXCSD”), regarding the implementation of the provisions of article 29 (par. 7,8,9) of Law 4569/2018, in order to avoid the disposal of the Company’s available securities, the beneficiary-shareholders included in the Table of assignment of sold available securities of a beneficiary to a Member that was posted on the relevant website of the Athens Exchange Group on 22/3/2019 should ensure the timely – and in any case before 10/4/2019 – transfer of portfolios from the Special Account to an Operator Account, under the management of DSS Operator of their choice.
