Within the framework of the Company’s obligations regarding the correct and timely information of the investing public, the company MEDICAL OF ATHENS E.A.E. announces that the Annual Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of June 27, 2024, decided to distribute (pay) to its shareholders a dividend from the profits of the fiscal year 2023, for a total amount of €1,734,719.60 (gross amount), i.e. €0.02 per share.
Ex-dividend Date: July 22, 2024.
Record Date: July 23, 2024.
Ex-dividend Payment Date: July 29, 2024.
