Notification of change in senior management – new Chief Financial Officer
“ATHENS MEDICAL CENTER S.A. COMMERCIAL SOCIETE ANONYME” (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) hereby informs investors that Mr. Emmanuel Markopoulos has resigned (due to retirement) from the position of Chief Financial Officer. His duties are being assumed by the Chief Financial Officer of the Athens Medical Group, Ms. Marina Mazaraki.
The Company thanks Mr. Emmanuel Markopoulos for his many years of contribution and cooperation.
