ECONOMIC CALENDAR 2025
“ATHENS MEDICAL COMMERCIAL SOCIETE ANONYME” (the “Company”) announces the Economic Calendar for the year 2025, in accordance with articles 4.1.2. of section 4 of the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation and Decision 25 of the Stock Exchange Markets Management Committee of the Athens Stock Exchange, as follows:

| Annual update to analysts: | Friday 20 June 2025 |
| Annual Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders: | Friday 27 June 2025 |
| Announcement of Results for the Half-Year 2025: | Tuesday, September 30, 2025 |
The Board of Directors intends to propose to the Annual General Meeting not to distribute a dividend for the fiscal year 2024.
The Company reserves the right to change the above dates, after informing the investing public in a timely manner with a new announcement.
The Company clarifies that the results will be announced, after the end of the Athens Stock Exchange session, on its website (www.iatriko.gr) and on the Athens Stock Exchange website (www.athexgroup.gr).
