“ATHENS MEDICAL COMMERCIAL SOCIETE ANONYME” (the “Company”) announces the Financial Calendar for the year 2026, in accordance with articles 4.1.2. of section 4 of the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation and Decision 25 of the Stock Exchange Markets Management Committee of the Athens Stock Exchange, as follows:

The Board of Directors intends to propose to the Annual Ordinary General Meeting not to distribute a dividend for the fiscal year 2025.

The Company reserves the right to change the above dates, after informing the investing public in a timely manner with a new announcement.

The Company clarifies that the results will be announced, after the end of the Athens Stock Exchange session, on its website (www.iatriko.gr) and on the website of the Athens Stock Exchange (www.athexgroup.gr).

The Board of Directors intends to propose to the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders not to distribute any dividend for the financial year 2025.

The Company reserves the right to amend the above dates, following a relevant and timely new notification.

The results announcements will be published, after the end of trading on ATHEX, on the company’s website (www.athexgroup.gr) as well as the website of Athens Exchange (“ATHEX”) (www.athexgroup.gr).
