Through an integrated and modern digital platform and telemedicine application, the Group’s high-level hospital services come closer to the patient than ever, ensuring immediate, easy and safe access to the Group’s top doctors, wherever they are.

- Virtual Outpatient Clinics, with scheduled appointments in 14+ medical specialties, for teleconsultation and personalized medical care services, with the possibility of prescribing and referral for laboratory tests.
- Virtual Specialized Departments, which connect the patient with specialized doctors of the Centers of Excellence, Reference Centers and Specialized Units of the hospitals of the Athens Medical Group.
- 24/7 Care, via online video call with General Practitioners for cases that require emergency, but not urgent, medical guidance.
- Secondary Medicine Opinion, with the ability to evaluate complex cases to confirm the diagnosis and formulate a comprehensive treatment plan by a specialized Doctor, Medical Team or Oncology Council of the Athens Medical Group.
Available in Greek and English, the platform serves Greek and International patients, offering access to 30 medical specialties, 165 specialized departments and more than 4,000 diseases, with the contribution of over 200 doctors in the Virtual Specialized Departments and 50 doctors in the Virtual Outpatient Clinics. At the same time, it offers a friendly and secure user experience, through a fully protected digital environment, with advanced security protocols.
