“Signing of a Memorandum of Strategic Cooperation with Lamda Development for the creation of a model state-of-the-art Healthcare Park in Elliniko”
Athens Medical Group as the head of the Greek consortium (Athens Medical Group 70%, Biomedical 30%) for Elliniko is pleased to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Strategic Cooperation with its subsidiary Lamda Development, ELLINIKO M.A.E., for the creation of a state-of-the-art and innovative Healthcare Park within the Elliniko development.
The aim of the state-of-the-art Healthcare Park, which will be of international standards, is to offer a wide range of top-quality and innovative health and wellness services to Greek and foreign residents and visitors of Elliniko.
The Healthcare Park will be built in a prime and easily accessible location next to The Ellinikon Mall and will extend over a main use area of approximately 6,000 sq m.
The parties have signed an exclusivity clause and the signing of the final agreement is expected to take place in the 3rd quarter of 2024, while the operation of the Healthcare Park is expected within 2027.
With the signing of the final agreement, all the individual details of the project’s implementation will be announced.
